This week the Terrazur Casino in Cagnes -sur-Mer is celebrating its third birthday. Three days of celebrations have been organised for the occasion. A large amount of money has been spent: free buffets, concerts, fireworks… due to the rush to play poker, a poker tournament will take place on one of the terraces. Only one hundred players will be able to access it. If there is great demand for it, the director of the establishment, Cristelle Simon, plans on organising other tournaments during the summer. The reports on these three years are quite mixed. However the Tranchant Group invested heavily to create a casino of almost 5 000 m2 offering a wide range of games: 190 slot machines, 6 gaming tables ( Hold’em Poker, Blackjack, English roulette) and 2 poker tables. The Terrazur Casino expected to attract more clients but a number of outside factors have changed the projections. In fact just like all casinos, this casino has fallen victim to the economic crisis, to the opening up of online gambling and to the delay in fitting out this casino.Cristelle Simon is therefore counting on these three days of madness to attract players en masse and to show them a more diversified picture of casinos. She, of course, wishes to keep the gaming area by offering new games but also to put in place new games which she doesn’t want to divulge for the moment. Other games which have already been tested and which have been a great success such as the Loto will be available from next September. The Terrazur Casino also wishes to concentrate on organising concerts, plays…Particular attention will be paid to these types of evenings by even offering specific rates. The Terrazur Casino does not plan to skimp on the finance necessary to boost its establishment. It is specifically counting on these three birthday days to be talked about and to attract new clients.
